My meatballs have been a labor of love to make the yummiest, moistest, most flavorful meatballs you will ever eat, gluten free or not. No one likes a tasteless meatball! Made with Pecorino Romano cheese, fresh herbs, and gluten free bread crumbs. Smothered in my red sauce (a recipe my mom passed to me that even kids love), and served with Bionature Organic Gluten Free Penne , you would never guess this was a gluten free meal.
