These gluten free bagels are as close as you’re gonna get to their gluten-filled counterparts. Boiled for a chewy, browned exterior, a slight crunch on the bottom when toasted, and a great mouth feel overall. These are also xanthan gum free!
Bagels are sliced and frozen.
Ingredients:
Plain & Salt: gf flour blend (sorghum flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, psyllium husk, potato flour), water, brown sugar, olive oil, yeast, salt, cane sugar, egg, baking soda. CONTAINS EGG
Sesame: above plus sesame seeds.
